Jeni Hanzlik
Versatile, Accessible & Community-Centric
Grounded in soul, guided by breath—wherever you unroll your mat.
I’m Jeni Hanzlik, founder of this space where yoga, mindfulness, and nature come together for healing and connection.
Lady Day Yoga was born from a quiet moment listening to Billie Holiday’s Lady Day album—a moment that captured the soulful stillness I hope to share through each class.
My yoga journey began in 2009, after losing my brother. Yoga became my therapy, helping me process grief and reconnect with myself. In 2012, I earned my 200-hour Vinyasa certification and have been teaching ever since—blending movement, alignment, and mindfulness in every session.
Now, as a mom of three and a longtime educator, I focus on guiding others toward healing and joy—especially in nature, where yoga feels most transformative.
When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me decorating the porch for the season, tending to pansies, or flowing in my cozy Lady Day Yoga space with music, journals, and a good stretch. 💛
Each Lady Day Yoga session is shaped by the season, the setting, and the souls who show up. Whether we’re in a barn with a gentle breeze or beneath orchard blossoms, every class is thoughtfully guided to meet you where you are—no pressure, no perfect pose.
We move with intention, breath, and joy—always keeping it real, accessible, and rooted in connection
Wherever we gather, the invitation is simple: breathe, move, and just be.
From cozy corners to open skies—yoga wherever it feels right.
